Overview
Also known as a package handler, our store workers are in a Customer facing role. Assisting Customers with all their shipping needs, Amazon Returns, processing Customer payments for any of our Services such as: Printing, Shredding & Notary. Prepare packages to load our signature UPS brown trucks. Sort Customer packages and mail for our PO Box holders, ensuring accuracy so they make it to the right destination. They are collaborative, energetic team-players and they enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with all their shipping needs.
- Prepare packages for daily shipment.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve seamless and efficient experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- The ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Reliable and responsible
- Stamina – this is a workout like no other!
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Able to work a POS System
- And a good pair of sturdy work shoes
- Bilingual Preferred
- A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
