Role Responsibilities
- Drive statewide sales growth through distributor management and DTR execution
- Work closely with the distributor sales team to improve brand focus and results
- Conduct sales meetings, and key account calls throughout the state
- Identify and execute growth opportunities with core brands and select portfolio SKUs
- Monitor performance against revenue targets
- Represent producers and brand philosophy consistently across the market
- Maintain disciplined follow-up, planning, and accountability
- Annual sales target of $700,000–$800,000
- Balanced focus on distributor execution and direct retail business
- Growth-oriented mindset with structured execution
- Prior wine sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage distributor relationships
- Energetic, organized, and accountable
- Comfortable operating independently in a large, dynamic territory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Base salary: $65,000
- Bonus: Up to $35,000 based on sales performance
- Annual expenses: $24,000
