Responsibilities
- Keep our FOH & BOH operations running smoothly to the company’s standards.
- Hold the team accountable while sticking to our operational procedures.
- Use financial indicators to measure and boost productivity.
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff to meet team and business needs.
- Respond to all guest and staff communications/feedback promptly and effectively.
- Master the use of all necessary tools, utensils, equipment, and software (e.g., restaurant management software).
- Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience
- Flexible work schedule and reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Financial savvy to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Experience with P&L is a MUST.
- Proficiency with restaurant management software and other relevant tools.
