Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based (1099 Position)
• Earn $250 per listing acquired during training (Ruskin, FL)
• Unlimited earning potential (no cap)
• Top trainees have secured 5 listings within 2 weeks

You are paid based on what you produce—period.

Training Program (8 Weeks – Ruskin, FL)

All agents are required to complete training in person at our Ruskin, FL location before transitioning to remote or in-office roles.

Training includes:

• Prospecting & lead generation (local and statewide outreach)
• How to acquire listings across Florida markets
• Professional boat photography & videography (on-site)
• Listing boats on national & international platforms
• Buyer communication & negotiation strategies
• Closing deals and managing transactions

Think of this as your “residency”—we invest in you so you can perform at a high level.

Training Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

(Short-term commitment for long-term gain)

Position Options

Remote Sales Agent (Post-Training)

• Complete 8-week training in Ruskin, FL
• Transition to working from home or anywhere in Florida (or beyond)
• Work your own local market or generate leads remotely
• Full ongoing support from our team

In-Office Consignment Agent (Ruskin, FL)

• Work directly at our Ruskin facility
• Access to 60 boats on-site ready to sell
• Additional brokerage opportunities
• Work alongside top-producing agents and leadership
• Increased exposure = more earning opportunities

Requirements

• Must complete 8-week in-person training in Ruskin, FL
• Reliable transportation (during training and for local client meetings if applicable)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Availability to communicate with clients across different markets
• Self-motivated and performance-driven

This position requires individuals who are trainable and coachable—leave the ego at the door.
People with boating experience are encouraged to apply.

Sales Expectations

Cold calling is not required for initial lead generation.

However, consistent communication is critical—calls with prospects and clients are a core part of how we operate and succeed.

Phone communication is a crucial skill in this role. The ability to perform vocally is something we actively train and develop, so you don’t need to come in perfect—we will help you get there.
