Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter with a strong focus on sourcing to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other innovative sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in passive candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and full-cycle recruiting while utilizing Bullhorn ATS (REQUIRED) to manage the hiring process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:

• Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, etc.), and social media (Twitter, GitHub, etc.).
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping to identify top industry talent.
• Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools, automation platforms, and referral networks to maximize efficiency.
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach, networking, and follow-ups to build long-term pipelines.

Full-Cycle Recruiting & Candidate Management:

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Track, manage, and update candidate data in Bullhorn ATS (required) to ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Administrative & Process Improvement:

• Ensure job postings are optimized and distributed across various sourcing platforms.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and sourcing effectiveness to improve hiring strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and new sourcing technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and social media recruiting.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively.
• Experience with Bullhorn ATS
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools and automation platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset for tracking and optimizing sourcing efforts.

Salary : $40,000 - $150,000
