Paid Positions: Undergraduate students $16.00/hour: Graduate students $18.00/hour. Post Graduate/Doctoral Students: $20.00/hour
The AiM Intern will assist the AiM Program Manager and Associate Vice Chancellor for Capital Facilities with data review, excel data collection sheet development, AiM process instructions and other setup functions within the AiM program.
Specifically, This Position Will
- Review data for upload into AiM.
- Assist with development of AiM queries for sharing with campuses.
- Assist with development and review of training documentation.
- Assist with help desk questions and responses to campus staff.
- Help educate campus staff in basic operations of the AiM program.
- Assist with preparation of periodic newsletters reflecting the IWMS progress, training, and overall updates.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Clear understanding of relational database structure
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Data management skills to assure data integrity
- Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a group
