Location: Russellville, AL | Schedule: Full-Time, Nights
Job Summary
The ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced critical care environment. This role assesses, plans, and delivers complex patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and care for critically ill patients and manage life-support equipment
Perform patient assessments and administer IV medications and therapies
Respond to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
Follow hospital policies and patient safety standards
Qualifications
Current Alabama RN license
BLS and ACLS required (PALS preferred if applicable)
1 year acute or critical care experience preferred (new grads considered)
