This unit is ideal for nurses who want tobuild a broad skillsetacross neuro, trauma, post-op, and medical patients in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
Care for a diverse patient population including neuro, trauma, and post-surgical patients
Perform hands-on, intervention-heavy nursing care
Partner closely with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
Manage patient ratios of 1:3–1:4 depending on acuity
What We’re Looking For:
RN license (WI or compact eligible)
Strong clinical foundation or desire to learn
Team-oriented and adaptable
