Consortia Business Development Manager (Northeast)

The Staff Pad is partnering with a global hospitality organization to hire a Consortia Business Development Managerfocused on driving revenue through strategic relationships with consortia networks, luxury travel agencies, and key advisor groups across the Northeast.
This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role—ideal for someone with experience working with consortia (Virtuoso, Signature, etc.) who understands how to influence booking behavior and grow production through advisor partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow consortia and agency partnerships across the Northeast region
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Consortia partners (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network, Internova Travel Group)
- Luxury travel agencies and top-producing advisors
- Consortia partners (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network, Internova Travel Group)
- Drive room night production and revenue across a portfolio of hotel properties
- Execute joint sales strategies with consortia partners, including trainings, events, and campaigns
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and advisor engagement sessions
- Represent the brand at consortia events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Identify high-value accounts and prioritize outreach based on performance data
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and maximize market visibility
- Track activity, partner engagement, and performance within CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in:
- Hotel sales
- Travel industry sales
- Consortia or agency partnerships
- Hotel sales
- Direct experience working with consortia networks strongly preferred
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Comfortable presenting, training, and hosting events
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and adjust strategy
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Willingness to travel ~30–50% across the Northeast

Location & Travel
