Our New York office is growing, and we’re hiring a Recruiter (180‑Desk) to support client delivery by identifying, engaging, and managing top talent across active searches.
The Role
This is a delivery‑focused recruitment role supporting experienced consultants on live roles. You’ll be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, and management throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and strong shortlists for clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, market research, and execution, with the opportunity to develop toward a full 360 role over time if desired.
What You’ll Do
- Source, engage, and screen candidates across multiple live roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, and re‑engagement
- Conduct in‑depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and motivation
- Partner closely with 360 consultants to understand role requirements, timelines, and priorities
- Manage candidates through interview processes, feedback stages, and offer support
- Deliver a high‑quality, professional candidate experience at every stage
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow best‑practice process standards
- Share market and candidate insights with the wider team
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years’ experience in agency recruitment, resourcing, research, or candidate delivery
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple processes while maintaining attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and consultative approach
- Highly organized, proactive, and delivery‑focused
- Team‑oriented mindset with interest in developing within recruitment

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
