Our Orlando office is growing, and we’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to take ownership of their market, manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and build lasting client and candidate relationships.
The Role
This is a full 360-desk recruitment role for an experienced recruiter who can generate their own work, deliver high‑quality searches, and operate with autonomy. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, build a strong candidate network, and contribute to team success through collaboration and mentorship.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and job briefing through to offer and placement
- Win and grow client relationships through proactive outreach and high‑quality delivery
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network using headhunting, referrals, re‑engagement, and networking
- Deliver market insight and advice to clients, confidently influencing hiring decisions
- Manage interviews, feedback, offers, and negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely billing information
- Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and informal mentoring
- Represent The SR Group professionally in the market and contribute to brand visibility
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a 360-agency recruiter within a staffing agency setting (required)
- Strong record of winning and filling roles independently (your own clients and candidates)
- Ability to build long‑term client and candidate relationships
- Commercial mindset with confidence managing multiple processes at once
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to grow a market
