We’re looking for a Principal Recruiter to lead and execute across the entire recruitment lifecycle—from business development to candidate placement—on a 360-desk.
About the Role:
As a Principal Recruiter at The SR Group, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing top-tier talent, and driving revenue through successful placements for a variety of industries and positions for our SR Staffing team. You’ll operate with autonomy while collaborating with a high-performing team, leveraging recruiting tools and strategies to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a 360-desk: client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop outreach strategies and cadences using recruiting platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms with clients
- Track performance metrics and pipeline activity to meet revenue goals
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience running a 360-desk in a staffing or agency environment
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Expertise in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries or verticals
- Proficiency with recruiting software and CRM/ATS platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- A self-starter with a track record of exceeding targets
