The Opportunity
As a Principal Recruiter, you will operate a full 360‑desk—building new client relationships, nurturing existing partnerships, and sourcing exceptional talent. Your expertise will help elevate team performance while driving the strategic growth of our Orlando presence, supported by the brand equity and global reach of The SR Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Run, grow, and strategically lead a full 360‑recruitment desk, driving both new business development and existing account success.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, market mapping, networking, and relationship‑building with senior stakeholders.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, search strategy design, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer management, and successful placement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insight on hiring needs, talent trends, and market dynamics.
- Deliver a high‑touch, consultative experience to both clients and candidates, ensuring high-quality service at every stage.
- Model best‑in‑class recruitment practices, fostering collaboration and contributing to a positive, high‑performing team culture.
- Represent The SR Group at industry events, networking functions, and market roundtables, strengthening our brand presence.
- Maintain accurate reporting, pipeline oversight, and performance metrics within internal systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success operating a 360‑desk within a recruitment agency or search firm environment (REQUIRED).
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters — either formally or informally — with a passion for developing others.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of winning, managing, and expanding client relationships.
- Experience placing mid‑ to senior‑level talent
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- A self‑driven, resilient, and resourceful approach suited to a high‑performance, target‑driven environment.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
