The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Utilities with a focus on Work and Asset Management, and the ability to guide the team through both current operations and the upcoming S/4HANA migration. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Work and Asset Management within the Utilities industry.
- Provide subject matter expertise to business users and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment of system capabilities with operational needs.
- Support and guide the transition to SAP S/4HANA, including process optimization and system readiness.
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Manage integration points with related SAP modules (e.g., Plant Maintenance, Customer Service, Finance).
- Oversee testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Serve as a key liaison between business teams and technical partners.
- 10 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years focused on Utilities Work and Asset Management.
- Strong background in SAP IS-U and related modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or upgrades strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, translate business needs into technical solutions, and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
