Overview
Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have an immediate need for a
Strategic Communication Consultant
to work a hybrid schedule at
Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI
. In this role, you will support military leadership by planning and executing strategic events/engagements for senior leaders. Candidates must have the ability to travel to events up to 40% of the time.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be
U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic communications planning and execution in support of senior leadership, including speeches, briefings, seminars, and leadership engagements.
- Develop and deliver executive-level communications products (scripts, articles, digital correspondence, and briefings) to advance enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
- Plan, coordinate, and support high-visibility strategic events and virtual engagements, providing professional design, production, and broadcast capabilities.
- Coordinate and present materials for leadership meetings, working groups, boards, and forums, including briefings and after-action documentation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, functional experts, and key stakeholders to support priority initiatives and working groups.
Qualifications
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
- Experience with social media, video production, and/or content-writing
- Associate's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3 years of experience in Indo-PACOM, Pacific operations, or Headquarters Air Force environments.
- Strong ability to break down, address, and clearly articulate complex challenges.
- Experience conducting market research and gathering data related to military readiness
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in strategy formulation and policy development.
- Proficient in evaluating force presentation, conveying operational campaign strategies, and assessing Air Force readiness within client environments.

- W2 Hourly rate: $82 - $86. Rate is based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and is subject to change at any time.
