We're hiring An Experienced Lead Med Tech for our Memory Care Program at The Springs at Happy Valley! We offer a supportive, collaborative environment with people who love to do the right thing and have fun while doing it!
Responsibilities
- Administers or assists residents in self-administering medications and treatments;
- Measures vital signs and weight; and performs other health services tasks.
- Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, and reports and documents pertinent information.
- Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
- Be able to work as a team throughout departments
- Be a mentor and lead for co - workers
- First point of contact for floor trainings
- Be a part of the staffing on-call rotation in conjunction with the health services managers
- 18 years of age
- Prior experience in Senior Care as a Med Tech, Caregiver, or similar ideally in Memory Care
- Must have 3 year of prior professional experience administering medications to multiple clients at once
- Must have experience leading and supervising teams
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug test
- Genuine love for seniors and a willingness to learn
- 6:00AM - 2:30PM
