While our residents sleep, we ensure they remain safe, comfortable, and cared for. We are looking for an authentic, warm-hearted Caregiver to join Team Springs for our Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night (NOC) shifts. This vital role is perfect for a "night owl" who thrives in a quieter environment and values providing one-on-one attention during the peaceful overnight hours.

Shift Details & Perks

• Consistent Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
• Earn More: This position includes a $1/hr weekend night shift differential.

Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:

• Support residents with their daily care needs as indicated in their service plans
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support residents' health
• Assist in the development and revision of Service Plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
• Answer pages and call lights
  
  

Qualifications

• We are looking for people who have the following traits: organized, able to prioritize, patient, empathetic, positive and professional attitude, compassionate, creative and proactive thinking, teamwork-oriented, and have a passion to serve others.
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening.
• Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn.

• Maintains confidentiality and privacy of our residents and staff at all times
• Meets the needs and wishes of customers (residents, staff, and families) appropriately by being prompt, polite, professional, and personal
• Makes the best decision based on information while resisting the influence of peer pressure and emotions
• Consistently reports to work on-time and completes scheduled shifts
• Adaptable and willing to change in order to ensure success
• Completes all assigned duties efficiently and accurately
• Performs other duties as assigned by RN and Health Services Administrator
• Notifies supervisors of any needed supplies.
• Attends education and training classes, including as necessary to fulfill state and company regulations
  
  

If you are new to the field of health services, we do provide all training necessary to become successful in your new position, we also offer optional training classes online and in-person to further your career development.
