Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities Include
- Serving residents in a courteous, friendly, and accurate manner
- Side work/cleaning as assigned
- Preparing dining cart for satellite dining room service
- Preparation of resident snacks and/or desserts before service.
- Plating and serving food from dining cart, pushing 30 lb cart to different units throughout building
- Providing exceptional customer service to our residents and visitors in all interactions
- Love for seniors and willingness to learn
- Previous serving and food preparation experience is preferred, but we will train if needed
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Great time management skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to communicate with managers, other employees, and residents
- Must be 18 or older
- A pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check are required at the time of job offer
