Set Schedules Available: Day Shift 6 AM to 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to each resident’s care plan.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, condition, or behavior.
- Complete delegated clinical tasks such as blood sugar checks and insulin administration, as assigned.
- Take and document vital signs and maintain accurate medication and resident records.
- Communicate with nurses, physicians, pharmacies, and families as needed to support continuity of care.
- Work closely with caregivers and other team members to provide consistent, thoughtful care.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Previous Med Tech, Med Aide, or medication administration experience.
- Experience using an electronic medication administration record (eMAR) system.
- A genuine interest in supporting older adults and building relationships with residents.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
