Creative Video Producer
One of The Sage Group’s top clients is looking for a Creative Producer, for an Ads creative service group around AI video gen, from B2B/B2C tech ecommerce. The Client is engaged in e-commerce, cloud computing, online advertising, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
Duration: 6 months to start plus extension and contract to hire potential
Location: hybrid Seattle office
Compensation: $70-85hr
Portfolio required with application, that shows video and audio ads, live production
About the Team:
The client Ads Creative Services team delivers innovative advertising solutions at a global scale. We specialize in creating high-impact audio and video content that connects with audiences through compelling storytelling and premium production value. As a team of Producers, Copywriters, Video Editors, Motion Designers and Creative Directors working across 1P and 3P Audio and Video placements including Amazon Music, Spotify, Prime Video, FireTV and more, we're looking for creative producers with exceptional time management skills who understand what it takes to make great creative work and can execute both the granular details, and the creative vision, at the highest level.
The Role:
We're seeking a Creative Producer (5-8 years) who can skillfully and independently juggle multiple video projects simultaneously from the creative brief to conceptualization, storyboarding, and approvals, all the way though AI Video Generation and additional post production solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong creative judgment, project management, and practical production experience, bringing both artistic sensibility and organization to the role. AI Video Generation is a transformative force in our industry, and we're positioned at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and client needs. We actively explore and implement various AI video generation tools, from text-to-video models to advanced motion synthesis using agentic AI, to push creative boundaries while maintaining production quality. Our team’s skills bridge technical capabilities and creative vision, consistently testing, evaluating, and synthesizing data on emerging AI tools to drive innovation in our workflows to better deliver for our customers. The ideal candidate should be deeply familiar with traditional production methods while also being comfortable learning and navigating new AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage multiple video campaigns concurrently from concept to delivery within 5-10 day timeline, including stakeholder communication and project management.
- Average 5-8 projects per week, including kicking off new productions as well as fielding feedback and facilitating revision rounds.
- Ensure creative bar is met across all projects while maintaining efficiency, file management, reporting methodologies and on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate effectively with internal creatives and technical partners
- Work in Smartsheet, Salesforce, Box, AI Video Gen tools (1P 3P) to maintain efficient workflows, file organization, production schedules, and clear communications with partners
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years experience in creative production, production management (line producers, content producers, digital producers) and post-production within advertising or digital marketing B2B and B2C tech ecommerce
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from simple to complex, making appropriate tradeoffs between speed and risk
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work (portfolio) must include video and audio ads
- Demonstrated experience building project timelines, tracking dependencies and implementing waterfall workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies in creative production, for testing/QA/tracking

- Audio production background (casting VO, directing talent)
- Experience in tech industry (nice to have)
