We are seeking a results-oriented Contract Recruiter to join a prominent Philadelphia-based non-profit. This is a critical role focused on staffing essential frontline healthcare and support positions to ensure the continued delivery of vital community services.
As a Contract Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle, high-volume recruitment process for various hourly roles. You will be expected to hit the ground running, leveraging your expertise to identify and onboard qualified candidates quickly and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the offer process.
- High-Volume Management: Efficiently manage a high requisition load, focusing on roles such as CNAs (Certified Nurse Assistants), LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses), and other essential hourly positions.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing channels to build a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare and service professionals.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional and seamless experience for all applicants, reflecting the values and mission of the organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand department needs and provide regular updates on candidate status.
What You Bring
- Experience: Proven track record in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, preferably within healthcare or the non-profit sector.
- Efficiency: Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining high standards for candidate quality.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with Kronos HRIS is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
- Local Presence: Must be able to work onsite at their Philadelphia location for the duration of the contract.
