Payroll Specialist – Hybrid | Dallas, TX

We’re seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle, multi-state payroll for a team of 500 employees.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week onsite at our HQ, near Dallas Love Field.
Key Responsibilities:

Process biweekly payroll, including bonuses, commissions, and deductions.

Validate new hires, terminations, and employee changes.

Respond to payroll-related inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.

Reconcile payroll, support audits, and assist with month- and year-end close.
What You Bring:

3 years of payroll experience (500 employees)

Strong experience with multi-state payroll, taxes, and compliance

Solid Excel skills and working knowledge of payroll systems (Paylocity preferred)
- Knowledge of the payroll function, including preparation, balancing, and internal controls.
- Experience in NetSuite is a plus
- Multi-State Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with at least an intermediate level of Excel
- Knowledge of Journal Entries and General Ledgers

Associate’s degree or at least 3 or more years of experience in payroll.
