This new tax advisory and accounting firm that will serve real estate investors, hospitality operators, entrepreneurs, and internal Rise Collective companies. This business will become the centralized powerhouse for tax strategy, bookkeeping, accounting, and financial intelligence across our entire ecosystem.

KPI’s:
- $150,000 in NEW business sales revenue monthly (minimum).
- 13 units of either the $8k or $15k offers
- Take 5-6 inbound calls per day. Approx 100-120 calls per month.
- Have 6 available 45-minute calendar slots available per week
- 25% minimum “live call” closing ratio
- Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
- Morning Huddles via zoom, Monday - Friday
- End of Day report
- Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM
- Summary: We provide a comprehensive, hands-on tax and financial strategy service designed specifically for real estate investors, combining proactive planning, entity structuring, and ongoing advisory support. This includes quarterly strategy sessions, full financial and entity reviews, compensation and exit planning, plus DFY entity formation and access to our vetted real estate partner network. Clients also receive ongoing support and execution, email and chat access, group coaching, as well as bookkeeping and underwriting support for up to five deals per month
- Summary: Everything in the low ticket offer, as well as proactive tax and wealth strategy for real estate investors, monthly strategy calls, tax projections, entity optimization, cost segregation planning, and year-end tax strategy. All designed to minimize taxes and maximize long-term wealth for our clients
- Our Clients also receive high-touch execution and access, including direct CPA support via private Slack, audit protection, priority tax return filing, cost segregation estimates, bookkeeping for two properties, and done-for-you property sourcing and underwriting for up to five opportunities per month.

🚀Strong Untapped Client Base - You’ll be speaking with investors coming directly from our ecosystem, including existing clients from 2 of our other businesses. These clients are already active qualified buyers looking for further guidance. These channels alone will generate 50–60 booked calls per month. On top of that, paid acquisition through Facebook ads will further strengthen an already healthy pipeline.
📚Strong Skill Development - We have exceptional leadership that has experience training well over 3,000 sales reps in the HT space, as well as 500 businesses to be successful. You’ll be learning and working directly with our Chief Revenue Officer. This is a genuine opportunity for Closers seeking tenure, real systems, longevity and quality income opportunity
