Compensation:
  • Commission
    • Front-End Units - 10% commission on cash collected
      • Paid upon CASH collected
  • Minimum On Track Earnings:
    • 80-100 calls per month
    • 70% Show Rate = 56-70 live calls/month
    • @ 15% call → close ratio = 9-11 closes/mo
    • @$20,000 price point = $2,000 commission per unit
    • $18,000-$22,000 commission per month
  • Potential On Track Earnings:
    • 100-120 calls per month
    • 70% Show Rate = 70-84 live calls/month
    • @ 20% call → close ratio = 14-16 closes/mo
    • @$20,000 price point = $2,000 commission per unit
    • $28,000-$32,000 commission per month
  • Timezone/Working Hrs:
    • Timezone: US Timezone
    • This is a full time, 8 hours / day position with breaks.

KPIs:

  • 80-100 booked calls /mo
  • 11-14 closed deals /mo
  • Close ratio above 25%
  • $240k in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum).
  • Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
    • Morning Huddles via zoom, Monday - Friday
    • End of Day report
    • Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM


Qualifications & Expertise:

  • Minimum 12 months selling a $10,000 HT Offer consistently
  • Financial background and knowing the language behind discussing investments
  • Sharp, self-aware and exceptional communicator
  • Experience working with investor-driven clients/prospects
  • Experience with RE Investments (bonus)
