About The Job
The AI Enablement and Workflow Architect designs and builds AI-enabled workflows that improve how The Rise Collective operates. This is an execution-focused role responsible for identifying practical use cases, building working solutions, and deploying them into day-to-day operations.
Working closely with the Executive Team, this role maps current processes, surfaces pain points and bottlenecks, and defines clear requirements for improved workflows. The focus is on translating real operational needs into solutions that combine AI capabilities, automation, and better workflow design.
The role is accountable for solutions that are usable, adopted, and measurably improve the speed, quality, and consistency of work. While the role contributes input on prioritization, it is not responsible for setting firm-wide AI strategy; it is responsible for building, implementing, and iterating on workflows and tools that teams can rely on.
Job Location:
- St. Petersburg, Florida (On-Site Preferred - 4 Days/Week, 1 Day Remote)
- We strongly prefer candidates based in or willing to work on-site in St. Petersburg, Florida. However, we are open to remote candidates for the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
AI Workflow and Agent Development
- Work directly with teams to understand how the work gets done today, where it slows down, and what an improved workflow would need to do before building begins
- Turn that understanding into clear requirements (inputs, outputs, decision points, quality bar) and a simple definition of success (time saved, fewer errors, smoother handoffs)
- Identify the right approach—AI, automation, and/or workflow redesign—based on what will materially improve the work
- Build quickly, get working versions into users’ hands, and iterate based on what they use, what they avoid, and where it breaks
- Connect solutions to the right knowledge sources and tools, so they are dependable in day-to-day work—not a one-off demo
Strategic Prioritization and Value Alignment
- Maintain a prioritized list of workflow problems worth solving, anchored in where time and quality are being lost today
- Work with company leadership to sequence work based on impact, urgency, and what can be reused across teams and functions
- Be candid about feasibility and tradeoffs (data readiness, integration needs, change implications), so priorities stay practical
- For each build, define the outcome to deliver (faster cycle time, higher quality, more consistency, more capacity) and how we’ll know it worked
Internal Product Ownership
- Own solutions end-to-end, from concept through rollout and iteration, treating them as internal products with real users and real constraints
- Identify who the solution is for and design around their workflow, constraints, and the decisions they need to make
- Set up lightweight feedback loops (usage, user input, quality checks) and iterate until the solution is stable and trusted
- Document the workflow, key assumptions, and what to do when something fails, so teams can rely on it without heavy support
- Improve and extend solutions over time, and scale what works across the firm when it’s truly repeatable
Adoption Through Deployment
- Design solutions to fit into existing tools and habits, so adoption is a natural part of the work
- Deploy into real work, watch where people struggle or work around it, and adjust so the solution removes friction rather than adding steps
- Create simple guidance so teams can use the solution consistently, and so the “right way” is easy to follow
- Track adoption and outcomes after launch and keep iterating until the solution is consistently used and delivering the intended impact
Governance, Quality, and Risk Management
- Work within company governance and coordinate with relevant leadership on standards, security, and approvals as needed
- Partner with company leadership to ensure solutions align with how teams operate and how decisions get made
- Build in quality checks, testing, and safeguards so outputs are reliable and appropriate for internal use across teams and functions
- Monitor performance and usage, address issues quickly, and update workflows, controls, and documentation as adoption grows
- Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management software, platforms, pricing tools, or other applicable programs.
- Familiarity with pricing concepts and competitor benchmarking.
- Ability to build pricing reports and dashboards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new software quickly
Skills and Traits
- A track record of building things that worked, not just scoping things that could
- The discipline to understand a problem fully before reaching for a solution
- Enough technical depth to build and iterate without always needing outside help
- The judgment to prioritize when everything feels urgent
- Comfort operating in a role that is still being defined, and the initiative to define it well
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry, how vacation rentals, hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses operate, is not required, but preferred
Physical requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate client and project needs, as well as team members and projects in multiple time zones.
