Senior Vice President of Finance - Multi-Unit Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy and support the growth of a multi-unit business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multi-unit retail, restaurants, or franchising, with experience overseeing financial performance across multiple locations.

This role requires a strategic finance leader who can partner with executive leadership, improve profitability, strengthen financial controls, and support long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Analyze revenue, margins, labor costs, and operating expenses across multiple locations.
• Partner with operations and executive leadership to improve profitability and financial performance.
• Develop financial models to support expansion, new locations, and strategic investments.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee financial risk management, compliance, and audit processes.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Vice President of Finance, VP of Finance, CFO, or equivalent senior finance executive.
• Experience in multi-unit retail, restaurants, franchising, or a similar multi-location business.
• Strong understanding of location-level profitability, unit economics, and operating performance.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting business expansion and scalable growth.
