District Manager | Multi Unit Restaurants

Looking for an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in the Raleigh area.

The right candidate will be a strong multi unit operator who can lead General Managers, improve restaurant performance, and maintain consistent operating standards across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple restaurant locations

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers

• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance

• Monitor labor, food costs, sales, and other key metrics

• Ensure food safety and operational standards are followed

• Recruit, train, and retain strong restaurant teams

• Visit locations regularly and identify areas for improvement

• Develop action plans for underperforming restaurants

• Hold General Managers accountable for results

Requirements

• Multi unit restaurant management experience required

• QSR experience strongly preferred

• Experience leading and developing General Managers

• Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls, labor, food costs, and sales

• Proven ability to improve restaurant performance

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to travel between assigned locations

• Stable employment history and consistent career progression preferred
