A highly regarded, upscale restaurant in Birmingham, AL is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team.
We’re looking for a polished, energetic hospitality leader who loves being on the floor, developing teams, and creating an exceptional guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong AGM or Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step with a successful restaurant group.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Upscale or fine dining experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Strong knowledge of elevated service standards
- Solid food, wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge
- Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop FOH teams
- Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, cost controls, and restaurant operations
- Excellent floor presence and guest-recovery skills
- Professional, hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality
