Restaurant General Manager - Upscale Dining

Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, floor-focused Restaurant General Manager to direct operations at a high-volume, upscale Asian-inspired dining concept. You will lead daily shift execution, manage floor operations, enforce elevated service standards, and drive venue profitability.

What We Seek:

• 3 Years of General Manager experience in high-volume, upscale, or fine-dining environments. QSR and fast-casual experience will not be considered.
• Solid financial acumen, including direct P&L accountability, labor scheduling, and prime cost management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and retaining high-performing service teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with restaurant tech stacks (Aloha, Toast, OpenTable, or Resy) and Microsoft Office.
• Open flexibility to work shifts spanning nights, weekends, and holidays.
