Ensure efficient store operation to ensure customer satisfaction and projected bottom line profit. Manages personnel issues and supervision. Maintains a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service. Maintains company standards by ensuring associates are aware of expectations, are properly trained.

Essential Functions:

Seeking a GeneralManager to lead daily operations, product mix, and guest experience for a deli-market concept focused on local food and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in restaurant, prepared foods, or specialty retail management
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house restaurant operations in a fast paced operation.
• Experience with inventory systems, vendor relations, and merchandising
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and motivate teams
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Passion for high-quality products and creating memorable guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staffing, merchandising, and customer service
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to maintain product quality and availability
• Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to improve performance and guest satisfaction
• Lead and inspire team members to uphold store standards and a welcoming atmosphere
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with ownership on seasonal offerings, in-store events, and local partnerships
