We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a growing farm-to-table, upscale-casual restaurant concept in Lancaster, PA.
The concept focuses on seasonally changing menus, quality ingredients, strong hospitality, and an elevated but approachable guest experience. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on restaurant leader who enjoys developing teams and working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations and maintain strong service standards.
- Support and develop FOH and BOH team members.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Support labor, food cost, inventory, and other operational controls.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Partner with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Help drive team accountability, consistency, and operational performance.
