Title: Restaurant General Manager – Path to Ownership

Pay: [$70,000 – $75,000 / yr bonus]

What you'll do
- Lead the line, drive-through, and dining room — wherever you're needed
- Build and retain a high-performing team through hiring, training, and accountability
- Run your P&L: food cost, labor %, speed of service, guest scores
- Uphold food safety and hospitality standards without exception
What you bring
- 3 years of QSR or fast-casual GM experience (required)
- Fluency in P&L — you can quote your food cost and labor % from memory
- Hands-on leadership style; consistent work history
- An owner's mindset
