General Manager - Restaurant

Working directly with the District Manager, the General Managers are the restaurants first in command. This includes managing the daily operations, team building, coaching, and developing.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, kitchen management, and inventory control
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and supervise employees
- Culinary background or knowledge is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
