We are seeking a driven General Manager to lead a high-volume Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) with a clear path to becoming a Franchise Partner. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with strong financial acumen, a passion for people development, and a desire to become an owner/operator. Experience with a leading chicken QSR concept is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead all daily restaurant operations to achieve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction goals.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
- Maintain full P&L responsibility, including labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses.
- Drive operational excellence through strong execution and accountability.
- Ensure outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
- Analyze restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Build a culture focused on teamwork, leadership development, and operational excellence.
- Prepare for advancement through the Franchise Partner development program.
Qualifications
- 2 years of successful General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Experience in QSR, Fast Casual, high-volume restaurants, or convenience store food service.
- Experience with a leading chicken QSR brand is highly preferred.
- Strong P&L management, labor scheduling, food cost, and profitability experience.
- Proven success developing and promoting restaurant leaders.
- Stable work history with strong tenure (no job hoppers).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in becoming an owner/operator.
- Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
