Restaurant General Manager | Fine Dining Restaurant

A recognized culinary venue in Nashville is seeking an active, detail-driven General Manager to direct daily operations, elevated guest service, and floor management. Centered on refined Asian cuisine and a multi-faceted craft beverage program, our venue offers a dynamic environment for an operational leader who excels on the floor and in back-office management.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will oversee front-of-house operations, team development, guest engagement, and departmental financial health. This role is ideal for an experienced General Manager or a high-performing Assistant General Manager ready for total venue oversight.

What are we seeking?

• 4 years of dedicated management experience (General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Senior Manager) within upscale or fine dining environments. (Note: Fast-casual or casual dining experience does not meet our minimum qualification criteria.)
• Thorough understanding of elevated service etiquette, table management systems, and beverage pairing programs.
• History of lowering turnover through clear communication, ongoing training, and consistent team development.
• Based in or willing to commute to Nashville, TN.
