We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to lead a high-volume fast-casual restaurant in the Savannah market. This location is currently generating ~$55K/week in sales with strong continued growth potential.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational execution
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team

- Manage labor, scheduling, and cost controls
- Create a positive, energetic, accountability-driven culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years General Manager experience (QSR or fast casual preferred)
- High-volume experience ($50K weekly sales preferred)
- Hands-on leadership style, leads from the floor
- Strong team development and coaching skills
- Organized and able to execute under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
Compensation & Benefits
