Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards
- Lead, train, and develop a team of 15-25 team members across all shifts
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective cost management and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee retention
- Handle customer service issues and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Implement marketing initiatives and community engagement programs
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or QSR environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales and profit targets
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of P&L management and cost control principles
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
