Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional General Manager - Restaurant who can lead our team and keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, organized, responsible, and experienced in the restaurant industry. This role requires strong leadership, great communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and staff supervision to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Oversee food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and company policies.
• Lead, train, and support staff to maintain performance and service quality.
• Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally to guarantee guest satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Supervise shift management activities, including scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring operational targets are met.
• Collaborate with kitchen management to maintain high-quality food production and culinary standards across all service areas.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proven management experience in restaurant management
• Hands-on experience with POS systems for transaction processing and reporting.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills with a history of staff training & development, team management, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent customer service skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
