Restaurant District Manager

We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple quick-service restaurant locations. The ideal candidate is a strong multi-unit operator who can drive sales, improve profitability, develop General Managers, and maintain consistent operational standards across the district.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance across multiple restaurant locations.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business results.
• Manage P&L performance, labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses.
• Coach and develop General Managers to improve leadership and team performance.
• Ensure consistent food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement plans to address underperforming locations.
• Support staffing, training, retention, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, company policies, and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or equivalent multi-unit QSR leader.
• Experience overseeing three or more restaurant locations preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, cost controls, and restaurant profitability.
• Demonstrated success developing General Managers and improving team performance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational skills.
• Wingstop experience is a plus; experience with other high-volume QSR brands is welcome.
• Ability to travel between restaurant locations as needed.
