This Role

Full P&L responsibility for Columbus location. You run the business. We provide systems, support when requested, and stay out of your way when operations are performing.

Compensation Structure

Base: $55K-$65K depending on experience
Monthly performance bonus: $953-$1,213 based on unit volume and operational metrics
Realistic total compensation for competent operators: $71K-$80K annually
Benefits: Medical/dental/vision, 401k with 4% match, 15 days PTO, $5,200 tuition reimbursement

Requirements

3-5 years QSR management with documented P&L results.

Local Ohio candidates only. No relocation assistance offered.
