What We're Looking For

Experience Requirements:

• 3 years of management experience with premium fast-casual brands (Chick-fil-A, Panera, Chipotle, Shake Shack, Culver's, In-N-Out, or comparable)
• High-volume operations experience ($3M annual revenue preferred)
• Proven track record of exceptional operational performance and team development
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Hospitality Management, or related field)
• Progressive career advancement within the restaurant industry

• Operational Standards: Experience maintaining best-in-class metrics including food safety, customer satisfaction, and financial performance

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Establish and maintain exceptional operational standards across all restaurant functions
• Drive financial performance through effective P&L management and cost control strategies

• Manage inventory, scheduling, and supply chain operations for optimal efficiency

Team Development & Culture

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management team and crew
