What You’ll Do
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring smooth FOH & BOH coordination.
- Drive financial performance with strong P&L management, cost control, and sales growth strategies.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team that delivers outstanding service.
- Maintain exceptional guest experiences and uphold the highest product quality standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, ordering, and inventory—especially with premium, fresh ingredients.
- Lead local marketing efforts, social media presence, and community engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of restaurant management experience (sushi, fine dining, or chef-driven concepts preferred).
- Hands-on leadership style and a hospitality-first mindset.
- Strong business acumen in labor, food cost, and overall financial management.
