Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Uno’s Restaurant
Reports To: General Manager / Area Manager/Hilton General Managers
Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service, team development, operational efficiency, and profitability. This leader upholds Uno’s high standards for quality, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Experience
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant including opening/closing procedures.
• Uphold Uno’s hospitality standards, ensuring excellent guest experiences to include touching tables throughout the shift. Crete incentives to drive service excellence, encourage guests to review service and food quality through the online platform
• Monitor food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness across all guest-facing and kitchen areas.
• Manage inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
Team Leadership & Staff Development
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
• Create and manage weekly staff schedules to meet labor cost targets and service demands.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
• Address employee concerns promptly and fairly in accordance with company policies.
Financial & Administrative
• Assist in managing the restaurant’s P&L, controlling labor, food, and operational costs. Utilize Uno’s systems and SOP’s to monitor labor versus revenues and adjust as needed
• Track sales and productivity metrics; provide reports and recommendations to upper management.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and tip reporting standards.
Compliance & Safety
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain all operational and HR records, including employee files, incident reports, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure all team members follow Uno’s policies and standards of conduct.

Qualifications:
• 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service or casual dining environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety and labor compliance regulations.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, scheduling tools).
• ServSafe Certification (preferred or required within 90 days of hire).

Work Environment & Expectations:
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
