Job description
Serves beverages to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements by performing the following duties:
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
- Interacting with customers by taking orders and serving meals and drinks
- Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
- Inform guests of daily specials and takes beverage order
- Deliver drink orders
- Monitor tables ensuring all patrons are served
- Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles, disposes properly of bottles and washes glasses in glass washer
- Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
- Maintain bar station by keeping area tidy and stock bar by placing orders as needed
- Compute bill and accept payments
- Track sales receipts
- Complete bar inventory log
- All other duties as assigned
