We are seeking a Vietnamese-trained Executive Chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences and shaping the identity of a high-end, culturally rooted restaurant.ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day culinary operations with precision, professionalism, and a fine-dining standard.Ensure authenticity and excellence in Vietnamese flavors, ingredients, and cooking methods.Oversee purchasing, vendor relations, and quality control for premium, fresh ingredients.Innovate and enhance menu offerings while honoring traditional Vietnamese culinary foundations.Create and maintain standardized recipes, plating guides, and elevated presentation standards.Collaborate closely with ownership and management to craft a memorable, cohesive guest experience.Train, develop, and inspire a culinary team committed to consistency, creativity, and excellence.QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in fine dining, ideally with Vietnamese culinary training or equivalent cultural expertise.Deep knowledge of Vietnamese ingredients, techniques, and regional styles.Strong command of cost control, labor management, and efficient kitchen systems.Passion for culinary artistry, cultural authenticity, and modern interpretation.Ability to lead with confidence, mentor teams, and thrive in a high-performance environment.Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills in a fast-paced setting.Company DescriptionRestaurantZone is one of the fastest-growing national recruiting agencies in the hospitality/restaurant space.
