What You’ll Do:
- Lead all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth execution and great guest experiences
- Manage and coach a team of 30 employees to achieve performance and service goals
- Maintain top standards in quality, speed, and cleanliness
- Drive profitability through labor management, cost control, and sales growth initiatives
- Build and develop strong teams through training and consistent leadership
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume quick-service or fast casual setting
✅ Strong leadership and team-building skills, passionate about training and development
✅ Proven track record in managing P&L, improving operations, and driving sales
