Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence
• Lead, coach, develop, and inspire management and hourly team members

Operations Management

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Financial Performance

• Maintain full responsibility for restaurant profitability and financial results

Guest Experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience
• Experience leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
• Upscale dining, sushi, seafood, or elevated hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management
• Proven success developing teams and building positive workplace culture
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and guest service
