General Manager - New Restaurant Opening | $55K-$70K Bonus

Location: Warminster, PA
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 base, with flexibility up to approximately $70,000 based on experience, plus quarterly KPI bonus

A growing restaurant group is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a recently opened restaurant in Warminster, PA.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced QSR or fast-casual restaurant leader who is ready to take ownership of a new location, build a strong team culture, drive sales, and develop into a long-term leader within a growing organization.

The restaurant recently opened and currently has 3 Shift Leads and approximately 10-13 cooks and cashiers. There is no AGM currently in place, so this person will have a meaningful opportunity to establish standards, develop the team, and help shape the restaurant's success from an early stage.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Lead the daily operations of the restaurant while maintaining high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Take ownership of sales, profitability, food cost, labor cost, and overall restaurant performance
• Build, coach, and develop Shift Leads and hourly team members
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, labor productivity, and overtime
• Oversee ordering, purchasing, inventory, production, and waste control
• Maintain strong cash-handling and product-security procedures
• Ensure consistent execution of operational and service standards
• Handle guest concerns and create positive guest experiences
• Conduct team meetings, training, coaching, and performance conversations
• Support local store marketing and promotional initiatives designed to increase sales
• Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action
• Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented restaurant environment
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

What We're Looking For:

• Proven restaurant management experience in QSR, fast-casual, or a similar high-volume environment
• General Manager experience preferred
• Strong Assistant General Managers with 2 years of AGM experience will also be considered
• Demonstrated understanding of food cost, labor cost, purchasing, inventory, and restaurant profitability
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and people-development skills
• Ability to delegate effectively and follow up on expectations
• Comfortable making independent business decisions
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Strong accountability and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work hands-on alongside the restaurant team
• Local candidates strongly preferred; relocation assistance is not available

Compensation & Benefits:

• $55,000-$65,000 base salary
