Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume fast casual restaurant.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and health department standards.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
- Drive local store performance through community involvement and team engagement.
- Partner with district leadership to execute company initiatives and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume fast casual, QSR, or casual dining restaurant.
- Experience managing annual sales volumes of $3M preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Proven success in achieving sales, labor, food cost, and profitability targets.
- Experience hiring, training, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
