General Manager - Fast Casual Restaurant $65K-$75K

We are seeking a high-performing General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume fast-casual restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role for an operator who thrives in structured systems, builds strong teams, and drives consistent operational results.

This is not a developmental opportunity, we are looking for proven leaders who can step in and take full ownership from Day 1.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
• Build, train, and retain a strong hourly team
• Drive execution of service, speed, and food quality standards
• Manage labor, food cost, and controllable P&L performance
• Develop shift leaders and strengthen internal leadership pipeline
• Maintain a high-accountability, high-performance culture
• Ensure consistent guest experience and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Prior General Manager experience in fast-casual or high-volume QSR
• Experience in structured, systems-driven restaurant brands
• Strong leadership in hiring, training, and team development
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-traffic operations
• Proven ability to control labor and food costs
• Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence

Not a Fit If You Have

• Only low-volume or slow casual restaurant experience
• Limited leadership scope (no full GM ownership)
• Primarily traditional QSR background without fast-casual exposure
