Executive Chef Opportunity | High-Volume Scratch Kitchen | Growth-Focused Hospitality Group


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a highly regarded, polished full-service restaurant in Collegeville, PA. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate culinary leader who thrives in a chef-driven environment and has a strong background in scratch cooking, team leadership, operational excellence, and elevated guest experiences.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Executive Chef who can balance culinary creativity with strong operational execution, while leading and developing a high-performing BOH team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all back-of-house culinary operations with a hands-on leadership approach
  • Oversee food quality, consistency, execution, and presentation standards
  • Manage kitchen labor, food cost controls, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop BOH leadership and line-level team members
  • Ensure operational excellence, cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate on seasonal menu execution, specials, and culinary innovation
  • Drive performance through systems, accountability, and strong kitchen culture
  • Maintain high standards during high-volume service periods

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of Executive Chef experience
  • Proven success leading high-volume, full-service scratch kitchens
  • Strong culinary leadership and people-development skills
  • Experience managing food cost, labor, scheduling, and kitchen financial performance
  • Strong organizational and operational systems management
  • Ability to lead calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and culinary excellence
  • Stable career progression with demonstrated leadership success

Compensation & Benefits:
